Thank you for your interest in becoming an Exhibitor at our next Annual
Conference & Trade Show or possibly becoming a Preferred Vendor Partner.

Roady's has over 500+ Truck Stops & C-Stores and over 50 Repair Centers.

Our next Conference & Trade Show will be held at the JW Marriott Resort &
Spa in Las Vegas, NV from January 19 to January 21, 2026.

The cost to be an Exhibitor is $4,500 for a fully furnished standard booth
and includes 2 Cocktail Receptions, Dinner, Breakfast & Lunch for the
Exhibitor's Representative.

Please be advised that all Preferred Vendor Partners are required to be an
Exhibitor each year at our Annual Conference & Trade Show.

Vendor Sponsorships

We are excited to announce sponsorship opportunities for our upcoming conference. This is a unique chance for our Vendors that are Exhibiting at our Trade Show  to have the ability to promote their business directly to our members; the proprietors or those that are key decision-makers in their organizations.

 

Available sponsorships include dinner and cocktail receptions, providing an excellent platform to connect and engage with our collective audience.

 

Each sponsorship includes the following:

  • Recognition prior to the start of the Cocktail Reception or Dinner.

  • Company promotion banner.

  • Up to fifteen minutes for Dinner Sponsorship and ten minutes for Cocktail Reception Sponsorship to present how your company can benefit our members.

  • Exhibitor booth at the entranceway to the Cocktail Reception and Dinner.

  • Complimentary Lodging for Two Nights.
